This policy outlines the company’s strategy for reducing exposure to COVID-19 among staff, trainers, visitors, contractors, and delegates. Given the evolving nature of COVID-19, information is continually updated via GOV.UK and Public Health England. C&C Training follows these updates and adapts accordingly.
COVID-19 primarily spreads through large respiratory droplets and contact with infected secretions. To prevent infection, individuals should frequently wash their hands or use an alcohol-based sanitizer and avoid touching their face.
From January 27, 2022, the following measures have been implemented (subject to continuous review):
Check-in procedures – One-at-a-time check-ins, including thermal temperature scanning on arrival.
Sanitisation points – Available in reception and classroom entrances.
Face coverings – Recommended in training and communal areas.
Restricted restroom use – One person at a time.
Limited coffee area access – One person at a time.
Enhanced cleaning protocols – Frequent disinfection of high-touch areas.
For any concerns during your visit, please consult a staff member.
C&C Training has implemented five types of risk assessments (regularly reviewed) to ensure safety:
General C&C Training Centre Risk Assessment
Training at Customer Venue Risk Assessment
Practical Confined Space Risk Assessment
Practical First Aid Risk Assessment
Practical Train-To-Face Fit Risk Assessment
Practical NRSWA Risk Assessment
These assessments are accessible via the VISION platform.
If experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, individuals must notify C&C Training and refrain from attending training sessions. The same applies to those testing positive or advised to self-isolate per government guidelines.
Delegates should coordinate with their employer, account manager, or booking provider to reschedule training if necessary.
Check-in – One at a time, including thermal scanning.
Hand sanitisation – Mandatory upon entry and before entering classrooms.
Face coverings – Recommended when moving around the centers or in close proximity to others.
Restricted kitchen and restroom access – One person at a time; handwashing required before re-entering work areas.
Equipment usage – Sharing is prohibited unless sanitized between uses.
C&C Training continues to monitor and adhere to guidance from GOV.UK and Public Health England.
General Advice: Follow official guidance on hygiene, social distancing, and self-isolation if necessary.
