The course starts by diving into the foundational concept of electrical hazards, encompassing a range of potential dangers that workers may encounter when dealing with electricity in the workplace. We’ll then look at the various types of electrical hazards.
Following this, the course reviews effective protective measures, safe work practices, and the use of personal protective equipment to prevent electrical injuries on the job site. Finally, you’ll learn that employers have a responsibility to protect workers from electrical hazards, and to provide employees with the necessary training and equipment.
